About the brewery
The tiny brewery Brouwkot began a few years back as an annex and house brewery for the well-known beer restaurant ’t Rusteel in West Flanders. After perfecting the experimentation of a single golden ale, Bjorn & Kim finally caught the owner’s attention. Brouwerij ’t Brouwkot was born. Some years have since passed, Bjorn & Kim now have other duties beyond the restaurant, but the brewery remains in full swing under the sole auspices of these two young, brilliant brewers. Indeed, what began as a tiny operation churning out great house brews for the restaurant, has morphed into a tiny operation churning out world class beers that must be discovered beyond their small village.
