About the brewery
America’s Brewpub is the restaurant located inside the First Railroad Roundhouse built in America, 1856. Purchased for $10, in 1995, Walter Payton and his partners took the architectural rubble and transformed it into an architectural jewel in 370 days. Scott and Pam Ascher, Walter’s partners still own and operate the facility which includes the Brewpub, the brewery America’s Brewing Company.
