Distilled from a mash of New York State corn, wheat, and barley. Aged in New Oak, finished in used apple brandy barrels.
About the distillery
We are a small producer of spirits made from New York State fruit and sometimes grain. We specialize in making unique fruit brandies from apples and pears as well as a Gin from New York State apples.
