About the distillery
Three Meadows Spirits is woman-owned and operated and headquartered in a historic 18th-century farmhouse nestled on 200 acres of hay fields, pastures, woods and luscious rows of peony flowers that burst into fragrant bloom each June. Peony’s creator is a Stanford-educated attorney who chose to leave a thriving New York City law practice to raise her sons in the country, where, in addition to her family and the business, she also tends to a dozen retired horses, two dogs, two cats, and a donkey!
