Untamed Sandwiches Beer & Braising Dinner

For our second Beer & Braises dinner, we are teaming up with Secret Engine, a gypsy brewer that brews beers in collaboration with Rocky Point Artisan Brewers in Long Island. They brew all kinds of beers, pushing the limits of the malts they use to get every last bit of residual sugar out, which creates some incredible, high ABV brews. If you can think of a style, they’ve brewed it: Belgian dubbels and trippels, amber pilsners, saisons, imperial porters.

Your $65 ticket (including tax and tip) gets you a five-course meal, including a number of dishes that may not actually be sandwiches. In fact, chances are none of them will be. Each course will be paired with a different Secret Engine brew, and as each course is served, the brewmaster and chef will discuss the pairing.
