- BEER THOUSAND (10%, Strong Lager brewed with 10 varieties of grain and 10 varieties of hops)
- OLDE SCHOOL (15%, Barleywine conditioned on dates and figs)
- PIERCING PILS (6%, Pilsner-style Lager brewed with pear juice, pear tea, and Saaz hops)
- 120 MINUTE (18%, 120 IBUs, Imperial IPA continually hopped for 2 hours, dry-hopped every day for a month, then aged for a month on whole leaf hops)
- PALO SANTO MARRON (12%, Imperial Brown Ale aged on Palo Santo wood from Paraguay)
- APRIHOP (7%, IPA brewed with real apricots and finished with whole leaf Willamette and Cascade hops)
- MIDAS TOUCH (9%, Specialty ale based on the residue found on the drinking vessels in King Midas’ tomb)
