Stanton Street Kitchen Executive Chef, Erik Blauberg, and Rockaway Brewing Co.‘s head brewer, Ethan Long, collaborate on a 5-course contemporary and internationally-inspired menu. All courses are paired with beer selections from Long Island City’s own Rockaway Brewing Co. . Both will be on-site and actively involved in your dining/tasting experience.
About Rockaway Brewing Co.:
Rockaway Brewing Co. was established in 2010 as two home-brewers making beer in Rockaway Beach. When brewing in their backyards one summer, they came across the perfect recipe for an ESB and kept making it over and over again because they loved drinking it. That is when the idea of a brewery was realized – this beer was so good, they wanted to share it with everybody.
In 2012 after perfecting the ESB, they started brewing commercially on a two-barrel brew system located in Long Island City, Queens. Today, with the help of a small staff, Rockaway is brewing on a five-barrel system, growing the company and sharing their craft with more of the craft beer community.
Rockaway Brewing Co. is known for making malty, balanced beer. Despite a rapidly growing business, Rockaway Brewing Co. continues to craft consistently well-made, quality, fresh beer.

With more than 20 years of experience, renowned culinary expert Erik Blauberg is known around the globe as a master chef and first-class restaurant consultant. He has brought his considerable talent and expertise to such acclaimed eateries as Manhattan’s famed ‘21’ Club, Colors, American Renaissance, the Ritz in London, and the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. Chef Blauberg has garnered rave reviews from revered publications and has made countless guest appearances. His education in the culinary arts came the old-fashioned way, by working alongside some of the most celebrated chefs in the world.
