Horse Thief Hollow Restaurant and Brewing Company will host Summer Swelter, an outdoor craft beer party on Saturday, July 25 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the brew pub located in historic Beverly neighborhood at 10426 South Western Avenue, Chicago.
Chef and owner Neil Byers will collaborate with nationally recognized award winning Chef Graham Elliot to bring exciting tastes and new southern flavors as they create a special menu exclusively for the event.
Guests will enjoy the live musical performance of Environmental Encroachment, a unique Chicago performance art group that uses a marching band, costumes and theatrics to engage audiences. Craft beer from Horse Thief Hollow, Revolution Brewing, One Trick Pony, Marz Community Brewing and Imperial Oak will be poured throughout the festivities.
