About this Event
On June 15th, we will be hosting a very unique tap takeover as we invite Gun Hill Brewing Company to Brewster. In addtion to 12 beers on tap from Gun Hill, we will be hosting a blending contest using the award winning Void of Light as the base beer, judged by owner Dave Lopez.
We will have 10 teams of two sign up beforehand (either call or visit the Brewster bar to reserve a spot), give each team access to ingredients, and allow them to create their own blend. Cost will be $15 per team, and includes a 20 ounce pour of Void of Light for blending, two 5 ounce pours of Void of Light, and the ingredients to use.
Ingredients are as follows:
Lucky Charms
White Chocolate
Cinnamon
Chilis
Blueberries
Coffee
Peanut butter powder
Pretzels
The winner of the blending contest will then be able to brew their variant on Gun Hill’s Pilot Batch system as a collaboration with Deciccos.
For those not participating in the blending, we will have 12 beers on tap for your enjoyment including:
