Bringing some NJ breweries north for the 1st time.

We will be tapping 3 fantastic beers from Red Tank Brewing @ 12 pm.

We are Red Tank: Brewing Company The Art & Science of Handcrafted Beer. We are a family owned & operated brewery on the banks of the mighty Navesink River in beautiful downtown Red Bank, NJ.

Red Tank: was founded by husband and wife John & Lovina Arcara out of their love for life, family & the finer things. We live right here in Red Bank with our 3 amazing daughters. We are enamored with our hip little town as we hope that you will be. We believe in producing craft creations that utilize the best local farm to table style ingredients we have to offer. We believe in the most luxurious European imports and exotic elements to design masterpieces of flavor & aroma that are enhanced by the elegantly rustic, industrial glamor that we bring to our Tasting room. We don’t make the most beer, just the best beer. We believe in the ambiance of friends, family & fun & most of all, we believe that you will love it here as much as we do. 1) Chateau Saison
A brand new style we created for our friends at The Pleasantdale Chateau that we call a " Chateau Saison ". It’s our spin on the Belgian style “Farmhouse Saison” with a luxurious edge. A lovely bouquet of citrus-kissed fruitiness and tickling peppery spiciness. A fantastically rustic ale featuring a pristine golden color, a brilliant white head, and an unrelenting dry finish. Using oranges grown right on the grounds of the Pleasantdale on their famous “Orangerie”. Great with any Entree’. 5%

2) Tempus Fugit Pale Ale
Pours a brilliantly clear light amber with a foamy white head. Aroma has mild piney hops alongside more assertive caramel-cracker malts. Taste is very bright and crisp, more bready malts with a mild bitter bite and piney and slightly fruity hops that come through stronger than in the aroma. A fantastic way to make time fly! 5%

3) Molly Pitcher American Amber
A traditional rustic American Amber Ale, this classic beer brings together brisk hop flavor and a coppery golden color to make a refreshing pint that is still flavorful enough to enjoy year-round. Red Tank’s Molly Pitcher American Amber features a firm malty base supporting assertive Willamette hops, a reddish-amber hue and a lingering off-white head of foam. 5.5%
