Even with an event every night of Beer Week, there are beers I want to showcase that don’t fit in to any of the themes. So here is a selection of beers that I love; Cantillon Classic Gueze on Draft, Side Project, Hill Farmstead, Sante Adairius, Holy Mountain, Monkish. I’ll probably dig out a couple more whales but that seems like a good start?
