Beers……

1) Twin Spires 4.8%- Kolsch
Golden straw in color with a lightly fruity yeast note in aroma and taste, as well as a pleasant hoppy bitterness. This beer truly is delicate yet complex

2) Butch’s Pale Ale 5.6% – American Pale Ale
The grist is comprised of 2 Row, white wheat, a dash of flaked oats and a smidge of honey malt for sweetness. Then proportionately hopped with Summit, Mosaic and El Dorado, to create the perfect balance. Clean and fresh with notes of pear, marmalade and stone fruit.

3) Trail Mix Two 5.8% – Altbier
This classic German style beer highlights malts from Rabbit Hill Farms and a Kolschbier yeast from East Coast Yeasts, both right here in NJ. Clean, complex, and malty with characteristics of nutty toastiness, baked bread, and a hint of cherry.

4) Gravitational Waves 6.8% – India Pale Ale
Our flagship IPA dry hopped with large amounts of Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Hints of Peach, melon and grass.

5) Shamanic Revelation 7.0%- India Pale Ale
An American IPA dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops, giving it an aroma and taste of tropical fruit and pineapple.

6) Court of Lions 6.0% – India Pale Ale
Big hop aroma, soft melon and citrus flavors with a relatively dry crisp finish.

Brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7, to create notes of sticky resin, blueberries and citrus zest, it’s an easy sipper.
