This low abv. IPA focuses mainly on the hop Amarillo. Floral citrus notes come through and follow through to the flavor. A light bready malt backbone peeks through towards the end. Low in bitterness and super crushable.
This beer is fruity and resinous in taste and has a piney resin nose that rounds it out. American IPA all the way, but this baby has some balance. Coming in at 53 IBU’s, Simcoe Dreams is very drinkable.
