Willy, named after my brother-in-law’s childhood nickname, is crisp and light-bodied, with a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. The hopping is mild and gentle. It’s perfect for times when you crave a beer utterly refreshing and low in alcohol. A true thirst quencher everyone enjoys. 1.047 OG 4 IBU 4...
A blonde ale brewed with Mosaic, Cascade and Centennial hops. Notes of citrus, especially grapefruit, are backed up by both floral and herbal undertones, especially as it warms. Detectable bitterness, but not overwhelming. Slight honey sweetness from caramel malt, but with a bone dry finish.
A sessionable straw colored ale inspired by the low-alcohol French Grisette ales brewed for miners. Brewed with Pilsner and Spelt, the result is a citrusy light bodied tart farmhouse ale that finishes crisp and dry. A great beer for warmer weather.
This tropical storm of an IIPA blends citrus and stone fruit hops, a new yeast variety that is tropical, and is then further infused with mangoes and peaches. Smooth, luscious and altogether delicious.
This hazy chestnut colored brew gives off a variety of aromas, including plum & cinnamon, and packs in flavors of caramel, toffee, and dark fruits. We think you will be pleasantly surprised by this great Dubbel style beer.
