On our eCommerce store located at https://shop.twinelephant.com there is a section called Beer Pickup & Delivery where, depending on beer availability & packaging schedule, we will be offering a variety of 32oz crowler cans, 32oz & 64oz growler fills with new glass (no refilling allowed), and 16oz four packs of cans for contact-less pickup at the brewery.
During the checkout process you will select the day and hourly time slot for your pickup. We will manage these windows so we can try to keep the amount of people at any given time coming through on the low side.
If you feel so inclined, there is a product on the store called “Leave a Virtual Tip”, that also gets allocated to our support staff.
You will receive an email confirmation with this information for reference.
When you arrive at the brewery, please stay in your car and give us a call at 973-507-9862. We will let you know if you can take your turn at that point or need to wait a few minutes. When it is your turn, you will walk up to the table that is setup outside of our main entrance, place your ID down and walk back 6ft. or more to wait. Our gloved staff will check your license, look at your pretty face, and drop your beer on the table. Once they walk a safe distance away you can pickup your beer. Shortly after you will then receive an email from the system that your order has been fulfilled. If you are sending someone else to pickup your order you need to reach out and let us know.
We will not be offering support for any returns for goods purchases via Beer Pickup.

We are currently supporting this option for the following set of zip codes:

We are starting with manageable distances as we dip our toes in and will assess expanding that once we get enough data in. If you want to put you hand up for support of delivery outside of these zip codes please reach out via Instagram direct message, email via info@twinelephant.com or a Facebook message.
During the checkout process you will select the a day 1 to 6 days in the future and a 3 hour time slot either 11am-2pm or 3pm-6pm for your delivery. We will manage & limit these windows closely in the beginning while our driver support is low and expand that as we move forward.
There is a $30 minimum for any orders and a $5 delivery fee that will go to our support staff. Also if you feel so inclined, there is a product on the store called “Leave a Virtual Tip”, that also gets allocated to our support staff.

When the fully gloved and sanitized driver arrives at your house during your delivery time-frame, they will call the number you provided to alert you.
If you have sidelights on your front entry from the floor to the top of the door or a window next your entrance that is accessible, you will let the driver know that and place your license on the glass from inside your home with the door closed for review. Once approved by the driver approves, they will drop the beer on the stoop. Once they are a safe distance away, feel free to pickup your beer, crack one, and enjoy.
If you do not have setup that meets the aforementioned requirements, you will let the driver know that, walk six feet outside your front door, drop your driver’s license on the ground and walk back to your door entryway. Once the driver sees that they will approach the driver’s license review it and your pretty face for approval. They will then drop the beer next to your license and walk back to the car. Once they walk a safe distance away you can pickup your beer. Shortly after you will then receive an email from the system that your order has been fulfilled.
