Our 2nd DIPA, using Equinox, Citra and Amarillo hops. This beer is a celebration of impermanence and embracing the beauty of the passing moment. Enjoy with friends and loved ones, being content and present when you do.
We made a fruity breakfast cereal beer for your tastebuds. Dry hopped entirely with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic lupulin powder and brewed with flaked oats and wheat for a malt backbone that supports the intense aroma coming from a fastball of hop powder.
Bursting with floral hops and a soft cracker-like malt structure, layers of sunflower and pineapple develop a delicate hop profile. With hints of earth and slate, a snappy finish awakens the palate with medium hop bitterness and a dry backbone.
Spuyten Duyvil is one of the most venerable craft beer bars in NYC, and this year they're turning 15! In celebration of their anniversary, we brewed a super crusher of a lager with lemon and limes. It's zingy, slightly tart, with subtle hints of bitterness coming from the pith of the citrus.
We liked it so much we brewed it again! This is a heavy hitting Imperial IPA brewed with upstate apples. Double dry hopped with a hefty amount of Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo — this ones got aroma for days.
How do you improve perfection? Imperialize it! That’s the mindset behind this celebration of our historical building and our surroundings. What you are about to consume can probably be described as an imperial old brown. Old tradition with a new perception. Very much like the brewery itself...
A red hued country beer inspired by the French biere de garde tradition. Great strawberry/plum vibes on this this one with other tiny little flourishes. A fine beer to accompany end of year/winter contemplation.
