Our take on a traditional Czech style Pilsner. Cold fermented and lagered for many weeks. Hopped entirely with Czech Saaz. We get notes of bready pilsner malt, fresh cut flowers, white tea leaves, and soft minerality.

This is a dry wheat beer with unique esters and phenols of banana and a subtle hit of cloves complimented by a modest addition of Lemondrop hops. So how much clearer can we say say, “There’s always money in the banana stand!”

We teamed up with our talented friends at Caius Farm Brewery in Branford, CT to blend our love of German lagers in this Dortmunder Export Lager with an American hop twist. Brewed with a single decoction mash using Bohemian Floor Malted Pilsner, Carapils, and Munich malts, it’s hopped with Adeena from Crosby Hop Farms which offers herbal, floral, earthy Noble-like character with touches of citrus and pine. The result is a naturally clarified dark golden lager that balances bready malt sweetness with crisp hop bitterness and floral spice. Think a maltier Helles meets the bitterness of a German Pilsner.

Make IBUs cool again! A simple grain bill consisting mostly of British Planet Malt is coupled with more boil hop additions, strong whirlpool additions and a big tasty dry hop. It features Centennial, Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe hops. We find it to be dank, resinous and juicy with notes of pine, citrus, mango, and love.

A classic seasonal hard apple cider. Crisp, semi-sweet, and blended with real apple juice, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice. Close your eyes, take a sip and experience Autumn in a can.

Cypress was brewed with a huge double mash of Maris Otter malt and boiled for an extended period of time. It was then laid to rest in Booker’s bourbon barrels for over a year. We get notes of sticky toffee, rich caramel, bourbon-soaked figs, and vanilla wafer.
