Spirit Description
The first whiskey to be produced by Tuthilltown Spirits, this bourbon is made from 100% New York-grown corn, an unusual mash bill to be sure, but not unheard of. The bourbon is aged in small new, charred American oak (ranging in size from 3-gallons to 14-gallons) for less than four years. The aging is helped along with heavy bass music playing on bass speakers each evening in their warehouse
