Spirit Description
Knob Creek 25th Anniversary Bourbon is a cask strength and unfiltered single barrel bourbon, aged in barrels for 12-13 years and personally selected by Booker Noe for this bottling. This whiskey was bottled at 120 proof and issued as a limited edition. The nose initially offers scents of cinnamon sticks, seasoned oak and tobacco which are countered by the scent of sweet caramel. A small amount of spice lands on entry and it feels satisfyingly heavy on the tongue.
