Spirit Description
We imagined Ridgeline before we even started up our distillery — a rich whiskey, reminiscent of bourbon and Irish whiskies, but with a character all its own. We start with a mash of 45% barley, 30% corn, and 25% rye. Double distilled, it is then aged in new American oak barrels and finished in port wine barrels to create a truly special whiskey.
