Our signature single malt, aged with a progressive series of hand toasted, select seasoned, new and used applewood and oak chips inside used bourbon barrels, transferred to a second used bourbon barrel and then finished in used Apple Brandy barrels.

This stunning whisky acquires additional depth and multiple layers of flavor attributed to the residual brandy spirits in the wood.
