Spirit Description
Our Spruce Gin was left to rest in our reserve malt whiskey barrels to create a complex sipping gin. Over time, forest-like pine notes in the gin became further enhanced, developing spice cabinet & kaffir lime notes that finish with a hint of wild mint.
