Spirit Description
The bottle has a beautiful map outline of Singapore on the back, similar to how Ocean has a ship. Jefferson’s has been doing a lot of different things with their whiskey and I applaud the experimental attitude. The humidity and virtual equatorial climate of Singapore resulted in a greater interaction between the whiskey and the oak. The resulting brine and salt notes were very interesting, especially combined with the sweetness of bourbon.
