About the winery
Las Moradas de San Martín was founded in 1999 with the intention to recover old vines from Garnacha and also Albillo Real, a white variety traditionally grown in the area but now rarely found.
After 5 years of research, they found an area of great interest and potential in San Martín de Valdeiglesias (D.O. Vinos de Madrid), only one hour away from Madrid, offering a very special landscape to make exceptional wines.
