Wine Description

From a loess, sandstone and loam soil. 50% whole cluster and 50% macerated on the skins for 4-8 hours followed by a gentle press for 8 hours and aged on the lees until bottling in April 2013. This is an extremely complex and giving wine, with a seductive floral nose, a light yet mouth-filling texture and a surprisingly long finish.
