Wine Description
Offers fresh, bright, clean aromas and flavors of cranberry, strawberry and apple. Light to medium-bodied with a dry finish. A fun, fresh rose meant for summertime picnics, simple antipasto fare and sea-side sipping.
Dry Rose is a Cabernet Franc with just 1% Merlot, dry and coming in at 12% alcohol. Beautifully built and perfectly balanced, this is an elegant pink with rather good concentration, at least now and at least in its youth. Its best feature isn’t concentration, however, but structure. As it airs, the crisp finish makes it juicy and fresh, tasty, but always quite dry. It adds a touch of complexity, some of that Cab Franc herbaceousness coming through as it airs and warms.
