Wine Description
Sherry is made by using three varieties of red grapes. It’s considered a fortified wine (higher in alcohol) generally enjoyed before or after dinner. There’s “dry” or sweet sherry. Fairbanks is an “in-between” medium-sweet sherry, great in soups or as an aperitif. It has an aroma of almonds with a nutty, yeasty flavor.
