My husband Ron Rubin purchased a vineyard and winery in Sonoma County, California, achieving his forty-year dream. Knowing that I don’t like most Chardonnays, he and our winemaker Joe Freeman collaborated on a style that Ron knows I love in all white wines…fresh, fruity and easy to enjoy. Together they surprised me with this new wine, Pam’s UnOaked Chardonnay. I LOVE this wine. And so will YOU too!
