Wine Description
Casillero de Diablo Chardonnay comes from vineyards located just a few kilometers from the Pacific Ocean. Constant sea breezes moderate the temperatures and result in remarkably fresh wines. The soils in the LimarĂ Valley lend an elegant mineral touch to the Chardonnay, while Casablanca contributes fruit flavors, such as peaches.

SOILMainly alluvial with some colluvial soils.
AGEINGAged in French oak barrels and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
COLOURPale greenish yellow with golden and bright hints.
AROMAFresh, shows the fruity character from the beginning. Pineapple and peach together with small touches of hazelnut given by the French oak barrels.
PALATEWine with good structure, an excellent balance, fresh and lively acidity. Medium bodied with a long and dry end palate. At the end you find green pear and delicate hints of white peach complemented with toast impression.
