Wine Description

This Bourgogne Chardonnay Vielles Vignes (old vines) is produced from 25 to 35 year-old vines located in the Côte de Beaune and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune wine regions which both lie on clay-and-limestone soils. The diversity of their exposure and altitude allows us to work with a mosaic of vineyard plots.
The wine is vinified in oak barrels (30%) and stainless steel vats (70%). The wine is then blended and aged for 8-12 months in our cellars, again in both barrels and stainless steel.
Beautiful yellow robe with white gold reflections. The white flowers and citrus dominance of the nose leads on to notes of honey and dried fruit. The mouth is very well-balanced, skilfully blending vivacity and roundness.
