Wine Description
“Tintillo” was created especially to be served cold. With the spirit of innovation that characterizes the winery, Ruben Ruffo (enologist at the winery) elaborated a 50% Malbec and 50% Bonarda, that comes from Valle de Uco and Santa Rosa respectively. The particular characteristic of this wine is the method of elaboration, where Rubén realizes a carbonic maceration with whole bunches before the fermentation, which transfers a freshness and intensity of fruity aromas, an ideal mix for drinking at low temperatures.
