Wine Description
This Shiraz is made from grapes selected from five vineyards in the Hilltops district around Young on the South Western Slopes of New South Wales.
2019 was a warm, low yielding year producing some of the darkest colour and blackest fruit character we have seen from the district.
Rich dark fruit through the aroma, concentrated flavours and waves of ripe tannin rolling in from the deep.
Great now if you love wine of power and intensity. Destined for a long life in the cellar for those who are patient.
