Wine Description
A dry mead, known as Honeywine, made with Mohawk and Hudson Valley honey from the Empire State of New York. Genesis has a crisp taste, that has just enough of a honey flavor to almost trick the mind into thinking that it is sweet. However, the dryness comes across smooth to the palate which balances out the aroma of the clover and wildflower honey.
