Red Mountain – a sub-ava of Yakima Valley AVA, red Mountain, named for its red grasses, is the warmest AVA in Washington known for its diversity of vineyards and uniqueness of its terroir
The wine opens with complex aromas of tanned leather, black cherry and mulberry. The palate is rich and dynamic with black fruit flavors of black currant, cherry and blackberry. Silken but lengthy tannins carry the wine from start to finish
