Wine Description
Crafted entirely from grapes grown on our cool climate Evan’s Ranch property in the Santa Rita Hills AVA, our Limited Selection Pinot Noir bursts from the glass with fresh, intense, black cherry, red raspberry, pomegranate, and rose petal aromas, complemented by notes of vanilla and spice. Delightfully rich and juicy on the palate, its bright, mouth-filling, dark cherry, black raspberry and blackberry flavors lead to a long, flavorful finish with lingering dark cherry, mineral and tea-leaf spice tones. A brilliant accompaniment to grilled salmon, roast duck and chicken, lamb chops and light pasta dishes, this delicious Pinot Noir will age beautifully for another 3-5 years from the date it was bottled.
