Wine Description
A dark, fruity, red sparkling wine that’s made from the Lambrusco Salamino grape variety. The grapes were macerated on the skins for two days before fermenting in tank via the Martinotti, or Charmat method. A wine to drink with starters or pizza. The Paltrinieri winery is now run by fourth generation winemaker Alberto and Barbara Paltrinieri.
