Fruit comes from the biodynamically-farmed Seven Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills subregion of Willamette Valley and is fermented with native yeasts (nothing added) A unique, complex Chardonnay with ripe stone fruit, bright acidity and a backbone of minerality
