Gaupasa is a Basque word for staying out until daybreak. To maximize time with friends and family. Especially during a village’s yearly fiesta, wise alternating of excellent food and local wine is key. This orange/skin-contact wine is a symphony of flavors, evoking hints of ripe apricot, sun-kissed citrus, and a whisper of almond.
