A fresh Sauvignon Blanc which instantly delivers aromas and flavors of citrus, and ripe kiwi along with a stony mineral character. Clean and balanced, with a burst of acidity ending with some sweet honeydew notes on the fresh finish. This Sauvignon Blanc is selected by Thierry Delaunay from the best cuvées of Touraine region which, once assembled and matured on fine lees, express all the qualities of the different terroirs which bring complexity, elegance and finesse to this wine.
