Wine Description
This latest wine is a white blend called The Roebling, and it’s produced entirely with New York State grapes. The Roebling — a 2013 vintage — is a blend of Finger Lakes Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc from the North Fork of Long Island, and Finger Lakes Pinot Gris. The grapes were both fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks right here in our production facility, and with no residual sugar the wine is dry, offering notes of green apple, pomegranate, tropical, pineapple, and grapefruit.
