We aimed to highlight the complex fruity and limey aromatics of this lesser-known hop with our latest single-hopped sour brew, Wakatu Sour.
Wakatu is a New-Zealand born hop prized for its floral and citrusy aromas, a relative of classic Hallertau hops that is light on bitterness and often used in clean, German-style lagers.
