Beer Description
SoMa Vice is a Berliner Weisse fermented with pureed kiwi and then conditioned on the zest of cara cara oranges for 1 week. The aroma hits first with a tropical kiwi aroma and then settles in to the cara cara. A sip reveals a clean acidity followed but citrus, juicy kiwi and a nuttiness from the pilsner, wheat and spelt malts. Itβs your new Cellarmaker vice.
