Beer Description
Hot Toddy is a full-bodied copper colored strong ale that was inspired by the classic winter warmer of the same name.
We’ve been serving it up exclusively at the brewery this past month but will be bringing it out into the world for NYC Beer Week! It was fermented with honey, cinnamon and lemons, and aged on whiskey barrel staves, and can be enjoyed both cold and hot.
Warm oak aroma and flavor is prevalent while the taste finishes with subtle honey sweetness. Very light fruity hop bitterness provides a perfect balance.
