No Soul starts off rich and round with a strong taste of Morello cherries, accompanied with bold aromatics of cranberry and citrus.
The Sweet body of No Soul is balanced by the tartness created from the kettle souring, yet finishes dry with light notes of mocha coffee and hints of orange. Brewed only on Mondays for extra sourness, by those with red beards.
