Hardywood Spirit Braid is a well attenuated, highly effervescent saison brewed with organic raw wheat from Grapewood Farm in Montross, Virginia. Seville and Cara Cara oranges bring brightness and a touch of acidity. Fermented in stainless with a blend of Nick’s favorite brewers yeast and Brettanomyces claussenii, this beer is unfiltered, 100% bottle conditioned, and is designed to be a crusher.
