Beer Description
A variation of our classic CPA has 2-row pale malt, caramel rye, and pale rye malts to create a pale golden color.
The malts combine to give a slight caramel and bready flavor to go with the slightly spicy and dry finish expected in a rye beer. Columbus is the bittering hop with Cascade and Belma as aroma hops and then dry-hopped with Cascade and Chinook.
