Beer Description
Session 71 is a Session IPA brewed brewed in two collaborative sessions with our Cleveland based friends, Platform Beer Company. Each batch brewed the same base beer, but each brewery utilized a different dry-hop regimen. Here at Land-Grant we dry-hopped the beer with Summer and Mosaic hops lending the beer a citrusy apricot armoa. Platform opted to use Azacca, giving their rendition plenty of Mango, Papaya, and Orange notes.
