Our flagship IPA generously dry hopped with a variety of tropical hops. I dont know how we got away with brewing this – over 40% flaked oats without a grant. But it somehow worked.
This is also hoppiest beer we’ve made – over 7lbs of hops per barrel. Notes of grapefruit, orange, and pineapple. Soft and Hazy.
