Beer Description
Melismatic is a musical term that means “a single syllable of text while moving between several different notes in succession” (think Maria Carey). Our Melismatic is a Belgian Specialty ale that we “versioned” several different ways. We bottled conditioned it two ways one with saccharomyces bruxellensis trois and normal. This one is Brux!
