Made with 11 malts and 11 hops this IPA³ was brewed in honor of the 1934 Yale Football team; the last college team to play an entire game without any substitutions
Tropical Hop Juice! This very tropical IPA is super juicy with notes of orange, pineapple, and lemon/lime all shining through the restrained malt profile.
Not your traditional Helles. Although you'll taste the idea of a Helles. This version is dry hopped with about 1lb per barrel of Saaz and Hallertau hops to give it a nice earthy spicy and slightly lemony character.
It is golden/orange in color and has deep subtle flavors like orange peel and citrus, but it's most dominant and fun flavor comes from the massive amounts of juniper branches we steeped in the hot water used to brew the beer.
Intensely Tropical with both citrus and stone fruit aromas and flavors. We add enough dry hops that even the nerdiest beer nerds will wish they were “coming home Via Chicago”.
